Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: First Tee Coffee ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship internationally. Shipping rates and charges may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. First Tee Coffee is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

At First Tee Coffee, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that coffee is a personal choice, and we are committed to providing products that meet the highest quality and taste standards. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

For Products That Haven’t Met Your Expectations

If the quality of the coffee does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at hello@firstteecoffee.com. We offer a choice of either a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund of your purchase price, without the need for product returns, to ensure your satisfaction.

For Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@firstteecoffee.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly at no additional cost. In cases where a replacement is not feasible, we will offer a full refund.

No Returns on Opened or Consumed Products

Due to the consumable nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to ensure that you feel confident and happy with your purchase, even without the option of returning opened items.
